Lloydminster is named for George Lloyd, who was the Anglican Bishop of Saskatchewan and a strong opponent of Non-British immigration to Canada.

Description: The building faces south and is a two red coloured brick and concrete structure. The south side has a wide white coloured section which divides the first and second stories. The entrance faces west with a round red coloured brick tower on the south side. The roof line is flat.
