Description: The building faces northwest and is a four story red colored brick and concrete structure. The building is located on the spacious grounds of the Virginia Beach Municipal Center in Virginia Beach. The northwest front has a projecting center section with entrance on the first story, three long vertical windows on the second and third story and pediment at the roof line. To the north and south are projecting sections. The roof is hipped. The building houses the General District Court of the 2nd Judicial Circuit. On the east side is an attached square building housing the Circuit Court and Juvenile Court and Domestic Relations Court of the 2nd Judicial Circuit.
