Description: The building faces south and is a five story white coloured siding, glass and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds in the centre of Abbotsford. The southeast corner has glass walls and a one story canopy along the south and east sides. At the centre of the south side is a five story tower. On the southwest corner is a two story section with glass walls and behind is a four story section. The roof line is flat. In the interior is a high ceiling entrance lobby. The hallways run east-west along the south glass walkls with the courtroom along the north side. There are eight Provincial Court courtrooms, three Supreme Court courtroom and three rooms for case conferences, restorative justice and indigenous justice proceeding as well as Court of Appeal hearings.

Description: The building faces south and is a one story brown coloured brick and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds in the centre of Abbotsford. The central entrance is recessed. Along the south are projecting section with flat roofs. The roof line is flat. The building used to house the Provincial Court. until the new courthouse was completed in 2021.
History: The first courthouse was built in 1923. The second courthouse was constructed in 1971 to 1973 at a cost of $750,000. The third and present courthouse was constructed in 2018 to 2021 at a cost of $152,000,000.
