Description: The building faces southwest and is a one story brownish coloured stone and concrete walled structure. The building is located on landscaped ground on the south side of the centre of Lac la Biche. The building joins the Provincial Building on the north side. The front has a recessed entrance The windows are horizontal and the roof line is flat.
