Description:  The building faces southeast and is a one story grey coloured concrete and wood structure. The building is located in the centre of Clearwater. The central entrance has a wood frame arch. The court is located of the east side and is part of the library. The roof line is flat.  The courtroom / town council  is located of the east side and is part of the library located in the Community Centre. The roof line is flat.
