Description:  The building faces north and is a one story black coloured frame structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds to the northeast of the centre of Hazelton. The building is rectangular shaped and the entrance is located at the cdentre of the north front. The roof is hipped. The building houses the Provincial Court and government offices.
