Description: The building faces south and is a one story green coloured siding and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds in the centre of Houston. The entrance is located at the south front. A wide green coloured band runs along the flat roof line with raised centre section. The courtroom / councul chamber is located in the north section. The building houses the Provincial Court and the Town Council.
