Description: The building faces north and is a two story glass, wood and concrete structure. The building is located in the centre of Salmon Arm. Forming a “V” shape, the centre of the building has a rounded glass section with extending wings. The walls are glass with wood and concrete trim. The roof overhangs and slopes on the south side. The court occupies the east side and the city offices are on the west side. The two courtrooms are located on the south side of the second story. The building is named as Salmon Arm Law Courts and houses the Supreme Court and the Provincial Court.
Note: The cost of construction of the present courthouse and City Hall was $1,000,000.

Description: The building faces north and is a two story stucco structure.. The building is located in the centre of Salmon Arm.The center section has three arches on the first story and rising to a peaked roof at the roof line. On either side of the center section are projecting sections with gable roofs. The roof is hipped.
