Description: The building faces north and is a one story red coloured brick and concrete structure. The north front has a central entrance with double doors. The roof line is flat. The building is named as the Municipal Building and houses the City Hall and the Ontario Court of Justice.
Note: There is a plaque showing that the town was originally named “Ansonville” after the founder of of the Abitibi Company.
