Description: The courthouse faces north and is a two story concrete and glass structure. The north front has a wide two story porch with six columns and three recessed entrances. Above is a large crest. Behind the porch the building is a one story buff colored brick structure. On the roof is a steep spire rising in tiers. The roof line is flat. On the west side is a buff colored brick wing. The building was renovated in 1994. The architect was Elkus / Manfredi Architects.
