Description: The building faces south and is a two story dark red colored brick and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds in the center of Biloxi. The south front has a wide canopy above the central first story entrance. Vertical dividers run between the windows which vertical white panels. The roof line is flat. The building houses the court for the Second Judicial District.
