Description:  The building faces west and is a six story steel, concrete and glass structure. The building is located north of the courthouse and is named as the Oliver R Ocasek Government Building.. There are entrances on the west and easr sides. The building houses the Ohio Court of Appeals –  Ninth Appellate District on the fifth story at room 504.
