Description: The building faces south and is a two story buff colored brick and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds in the center of Warren. The north front has a projecting center section with six vertical pilasters with recessed windows between and central entrance on the first story. Above is a wide pediment. On the west side is a similar projecting section with pilasters. The roof is hipped. The building houses the Ohio Eleventh District Court of Appeals.
