Description: The building faces north and is a two story buff colored concrete structure. The building is located in the center of Youngstown. The north front has a large two story portico with six columns rising to a wide header at the roof line. Behind the columns is a glass paneled section with entrance on the first story. The east wing projects slightly and on the west side is a one story portico. The roof line is flat. The building houses the Ohio Seventh District Court of Appeals.
Note: The Court of Appeals was previous housed in the Mahoning County Court House.
