Description: The building faces northwest and is a nineteen story concrete and glass structure. The windows are horizontal with concrete dividers between the floors. The north tower is nineteen stories and the south tower is fourteen stories. Between the towers is a four story section with the main entrances on the west and east sides. The roof line is flat. The building is named as the Ronald Regan Building State of California and houses the 2nd District Court of Appeal.
