Description: The building faces south and is a two story buff colored concrete structure. The south front has a central recessed section with a row of ten high columns across the front. On either side are large square sections which rise above the roof line. The outer sections have three columns with recessed windows. The windows are vertical. The roof line is flat. The building houses the 4th District Court of Appeal.
