Description: The building faces south and is a four story red colored brick, concrete and glass structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds to the southwest of the center of Atlanta. The building is “L” shaped and on the south side is a semi-circle portico with six high white colored columns rising two stories. At the center is a glass panel section rising above the flat roof line. The building houses the County Juvenile Court of the 5th Judicial District. The building is named as the Judge Romae T Powell Juvenile Justice Center.
