Description: The building faces northwest and is a two story red coloured brick and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds in the centre of Golden. The courtroom is located in the centre of the building. The building houses the Supreme Court and the Provincial Court. A fire on March 13, 2023 destroyed the building. A temporary courthouse was established at 1104 9th Street South.

Description: The building faces southeast and is a two story frame and wood structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds north of the centre of Golden. The southeast front has a central entrance on the first story. The east wing extends southeast and the courtroom was on the first story. The roof line is flat. The building is now a commercial building.
History: The first courthouse was constructed in 1952 to 1953 at a cost of $59,987 and is still standing. The second and present courthouse was constructed in 1991 to 1993.
