Description: The building faces south and is a one story buff coloured concrete and red coloured stone structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds. The walls are a rugged-looking Brutalism monochromatic tone. The south front has a central portico supported by two pillars and having a glass paneled entrance. The east section has low vertical windows and the west section has higher placed windows. On the west side the building extends south. The roof line is flat. The building houses the Ontario Court of Justice, Municipal Offices and Municipality of North Perth Offices. The building was renovated in 2010 to 2011.
