Description: The building faces east and is a two story red colored brick and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds with a plaza on the east side. The square shaped building has a semi-circular center section with four columns and recessed entrance on the first story. On the second story of the center section are narrow vertical windows. A wide concrete band runs between the first and second stories.
