Description: The building faces north and is a two story red coloured brick structure. The building is located on hill.and is located on landscaped grounds. The building served as an arsenal at 315 Rue William. An annex was built on the south side in 1874.
Note: On the south side of the old courthouse is the old jail along Rue Winter and Rue Cliff.
