Description: The building faces west and is a two story red colored brick and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds in the center of Millinocket. The rectangular building has a central entrance on the west front with canopy above. The second story windows are in a horizontal line and the roof line is flat. The building houses the City Hall.
