Description: The building faces southeast and is a two story dark red colored brick and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds at Peabody Square. The southeast front has a large circular portico supported by five large concrete pillars. The entrance is recessed with a glass panel wall extending to the second story. A wide concrete band runs along the flat roof line. On the south side is a one story section. The building houses the District Court.
