Description: The building faces north and is a one story red colored brick and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds. The north front has a central portico with four columns rising to a pediment at the roof line. Behind the portico is the rectangular shaped center section with hipped roof and large square white colored base with square cupola above. On the east and west sides are lower wings with vertical pillars along the front.
