Description: The building faces north and is a two story concrete and glass structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds. The east side has a rectangular two story section. On the west side is a one story section with glass paneled entrance on the north side. The roof line is flat. The building was renovated in 2008 to 2009. The architect was Johnson Fain Partners of Los Angeles and Sally Swanson Architects Inc. of San Francisco and the contractor was Tricorp Construction Inc. of Sacramento.
