Pulaski County is named for Casimir Pulaski, who was a Revolutionary War soldier killed at the Battle of Savannah, and who lived from 1746 to 1779.

Description: The building faces east and is a four story red colored brick and stone structure. The building is located in the center of Little Rock. On the southeast corner is a large square tower rising above the roof line with clock and steep roof at the top. The southwest corner has a round tower with conical roof. The windows are framed with stone. The roof is hipped. In the interior are broad arches in the hallways. Two stairways with ornamental cast iron railings provide vertical circulation. The County Circuit Court courtrooms are located on the second, third and fourth stories. The building houses the County Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit. The building is connected to the courthouse along the north side. The foreman was J C McKee.

Description: The building faces north and is a three story gray colored stone and concrete structure. The building is located on the north side of the old courthouse. and is located in the center of Little Rock. The north front has three entrance arches and recessed columns rising from the second to the third stories. The roof line is flat. In the interior is a rotunda rising to a skylight at the third story. The County Circuit Court courtrooms are located on the second and third stories. The building houses the County Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit.
