Description: The building faces east and is a three story grey coloured concrete structure. The building is located at Boulevard Felipe Angeles and the junction of Actopan Pachua in the Centro Civico Hidal Guense Pachuca to the south of the city centre. The building is located on the west side of the government complex, is named as the Camara de Deputados and houses the State Congress ( Honorable Congreso del Estado de Hidalgo ) and the Historical Museum of the Constitution. There are no exterior windows. There is a large covered entrance on the east side.

Description: The building faces southeast and is two story grey coloured concrete structure. The building is located at Boulevard Felipe Angeles in the Centro Civico Hidal Guense Pachuca along the west side of Boulevard Felipe Angeles to the south of the city centre. The building is located on the east side of the government complex containing the Legislative Palace and houses the Tribunal Superior de Justicia. The modern building is U shaped and contains a large open courtyard in the centre with fountain.
