Description: The building faces west and is a seven story white colored concrete rectangular structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds in the center of Franklin. The rectangular shaped building is located on landscaped grounds in the center of Franklin. The west central entrance has a canopy supported by two pillars. There are vertical dividers with horizontal windows. The roof line is flat. In the interior, the Parish District Court courtrooms are located on the sixth story. The building houses the Parish District Court of the 16th Judicial District.

Description: The building faces west and is a two story red colored brick and concrete structure.The building is located on landscaped grounds in the center of Morgan City and is now the City Hall. The west front of the rectangular shaped building has a wide porch on the first story supported by eight white colored columns with balcony on the second story. The entrance on the first story is arched. Rising above the second story is a clock tower. On the north side is another porch with arched entrance. On the roof is a square open cupola. The roof is hipped. The building served as a satelite courthouse from 1905.
