Description: The building faces south and is a two story cream colored concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds to the northeast of the center of Gardner and which slope to the east. The south front has a recessed entrance on the second story and with a wide overhanging roof. Along the sides are horizontal dividers. On the roof is a raised green colored section. Location: 115 Pleasant Street / Knowlton Street

Description: The building faces east and is is a two story red colored brick and concrete structure. The rectangular shaped building is located on landscaped grounds in the center of Gardner next to the City Hall. The east front has a projecting center section with white colored pilasters rising to a header with gable above. The doorway is framed with white colored wood. The court formerly occupied the first story. The building served as the District Court Courthouse and police station. The cost of construction was $40,000.
