Description: The building faces south and is a two story red colored brick and white colored concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds with a slope on the east side.. The southwest front has long porch with arches on the second story. The upper part is ornamented. The roof line is flat. The building houses the Third District Court of Southern Worcester.
