Description:  The building faces northeast and is a four story concrete structure. The building is located in the center of Ketchikan. Concrete pillars support the building above the first story which is open space. The fourth story projects and the windows are vertical. The roof line is flat. The roof line is flat. The building houses the Superior Court of the 2nd Judicial District and the District Court.
