Description: The building faces south and is a three story glass and concrete structure. The building is located on landscaped grounds in the center of Broomfield. The center section has a projecting section with dark glass paneling. The third story has horizontal dark glass windows. There are vertical dividers across the front of the building. The roof line is flat. The building houses the County District Court and County Court of the 17th Judicial District and the Municipal Court.

History: The county was created in 2001 and Broomfield was selected as the county seat. The first and present courthouse was constructed in 2001 to 2003.
